How we are paid
The site is free to use. We are paid by the installers we work with, not by homeowners. You are never under any obligation to accept a quotation.
How we choose installers
Before introducing an installer, we check that they:
- hold current public liability insurance
- can provide recent references and addresses of completed local work
- use a named resin system and can provide product data
- issue written, itemised quotations that describe the build-up layer by layer
- give clear written guarantee terms
We review installers regularly and stop working with any who do not meet these standards or who generate repeated complaints. Even so, you should carry out your own checks; our installer checklist will help.
What we will never do
- Publish reviews, ratings or accreditations we cannot evidence
- Sell or pass your details to multiple firms or to marketing companies
- Phone you uninvited
