Guildford Resin Driveways is a trading name of HHR Holdings Ltd, registered in England and Wales (company number 17177195), registered office 71–75 Shelton Street, London WC2H 9JQ. HHR Holdings Ltd is the data controller for personal data collected through this website and is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office (ZC132343). What we collect
When you send an enquiry: your name, email address, postcode, project type, timescale and anything you write in the message box. We also record the page you sent it from, the website that referred you (domain only) and any campaign tags in the page address, so we know which pages are useful.
When you browse: we use Vercel Web Analytics, which counts page views and simple events (such as starting or sending a form) without cookies and without storing anything on your device. It does not identify you personally. No personal details from forms are sent to analytics.
Why we use it and our lawful basis
| Purpose | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Passing your enquiry to one installer covering your postcode so they can contact you, visit and quote | Taking steps at your request before entering a contract, and our legitimate interest in providing the introduction you asked for |
| Replying to questions you send us | Legitimate interests |
| Keeping records of enquiries, handling complaints and checking installer service | Legitimate interests |
| Measuring how the website is used, in aggregate | Legitimate interests |
We do not use your details for marketing, and we do not use automated decision-making about you.
Who we share it with
- One installer: we pass your enquiry to the single vetted installer who covers your postcode. That installer becomes a separate controller of your data for the purpose of contacting you, visiting and quoting, and is responsible for how they handle it.
- Service providers who process data on our behalf: Web3Forms (form delivery), Vercel (website hosting and cookieless analytics) and our email provider. Some may process data outside the UK; where they do, transfers are protected by appropriate safeguards such as UK adequacy regulations or the International Data Transfer Addendum.
- Others only where required by law.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not pass your enquiry to more than one installer unless you ask us to.
How long we keep it
Enquiry records are kept for 24 months after your last contact with us, then deleted, unless we need them longer to deal with a complaint or legal claim.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your data, object to or restrict how we use it, or ask for a copy in a portable format. Email us and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
Changes
We will update this page if our practices change and show the date at the top.
